True Beauty Is Not Fleeting

What is fashionable and what is beauty?!?!

This is what i know, true beauty is not fleeting. The kind of beauty that shines from the inside out, that makes a person want to know you, to be friends with you, to love you. That’s the kind of beauty that i aspire to be. In this world we live in, beauty is twisted. What’s funny is that i’ve known some pretty rotten people that have beautiful faces. All the makeup and hair extensions can’t and won’t cover up everything. Eventually truth shines forth. What i hope to do in this section of my blog is share fun encouraging messages to all women, men, and children that you are beautiful. How modest clothing can make you feel more confident, and less is more when it comes to makeup.

I’ll share some of my favorite fashion fnds for women and children, share some beauty tips/finds, and share with you what beauty is to me.

I am so glad that you started this blog. My family just live you al so much and the message is “family” that is quickly fleeting from society but you all represent so well. We always watch your show as a family and currently my husband is deployed but we have saved all the episodes in our DVR and we have Skype sessions every Wednesday night/morning for him and watch an episode together. (He took the DVD sets with him) Thank you all for being that example society needs of “family” We strive to be a great example as well!!!

At 23, it is very hard to not be made fun of for dressing modestly, wearing very little make-up, not drinking, and putting my faith out in the open. All while being in New York, might I add. That is why your family has been such an inspiration to me. I follow your Instagram posts, and I see how beautiful someone can be just by being themselves. I am SO excited to follow this new blog!

Yay! This will be a great place to go for encouragement! I’m a Christian, married to my best friend for almost ten years and our 6th child is due in March! We homeschool because I believe God called me to do it and my family is my first ministry. I detest labels and can’t stand when people think they have a perfect formula and you should just be exactly like them 😜 God created us each unique individuals and we have to become each who He has created us to become but we only become our true selves by letting Him have His way and His will in our lives and surrendering everything! It’s usually in that place of beautiful surrender that He blesses us with the desires of our heart. I’m def a Jesus freak! Proud to be!

I would like very much to share with you a song that my son wrote entitled “beauty”…but there is no way to attach it here. I promise that I am not a spammer nor a looneytooney. Is there any way that you could either private message me on fb or give me an email addy that I could sent it to? I think you would appreciate the words very much. I’m so happy you started this blog! You’ve been my favorite Robertson Wife since the beginning. My husband and I have been watching their hunting videos for years, even before DD came out. Y’all are just an inspiration to us, on how to live, hunt, EAT, and raise our future children. God Bless y’all.

    About Me

    About Me
Hello! My name is Jessica Robertson and I’m married to the youngest Robertson, Jules Jeptha, and yes I love the BEARD!

I am so glad you could join me on this endeavor of life without the cameras. I hope this lifestyle blog will encourage you, inspire you, and down right draw us closer together.

Life is short, so let’s encourage and lift each other up. I’m passionate about life and believe The Cure is LOVE! Doesn’t matter where you come from or how old you are, we are all in this together and we can learn from one another.

I know that without my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I’d be lost. And I live with the peace that Christ died for my sins and rose from the grave and now isn in Heaven preparing a place for me, that’s what my hope is in, that one day I will live for ETERNITY in HEAVEN with my GOD.

I’m a blessed mama of four. I’m a lover of all things vintage. I’m an oldie at heart. I may have been born in the wrong century. I cry when anyone else cries, which my kids make fun of. I want to be a farmer when I grow up. And last but not least, I LOVE my mate!

Hope you can join me on this journey of life, cooking, gardening/living off the land, fashion/beauty, sewing/creating, Holiday’s, and more.

    Lets learn together!
